Dyann saw 402 Main and just had to have it. She saw something in its bones that nobody else did. Situated on a double lot of almost a third of an acre in downtown Ridgefield, Washington, this was a gem of a house. Having been on the market for several months and having multiple offers fall through, the ZWF Team was not afraid to tackle this project. “It was a full gut job, again”, to bring her back to her glory.
